The evening's host will be Simone, an expert in local specialties and a passionate storyteller of the territory. After carefully selecting artisanal products from small local producers, Simone will guide you through a curated tasting experience featuring cured meats, cheeses, preserves, and traditional delicacies, sharing the stories, origins, and faces behind each bite.
During the dinner, he will also prepare one handmade pasta dish, cooked fresh and served on the spot. To elevate the experience, the meal will be paired with our house wine, crafted directly by the Resort under the guidance of our oenologist.
The evening will take place in the charming setting of Il Conventino, the resort’s main building.
At the end of the dinner, you’ll have the chance to purchase the products tasted during the evening in our dedicated in-house shop, located within Il Conventino — a perfect way to bring home a true memory of the Marche region.
